(We have never passed this way before - Part IV)

Joshua 24:1-8, 13-15

Introduction: This occasion was Joshua's last charge to Israel: He assembles all Israel to reviews the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord (3-5), to exhort obedience to God's Word (6-11), and warn against the sin idolatry.

I. THE TIME OF DECISION

A. TODAY
1. The opportunity to make a decision is often limited to a set time.
2. Opportunities are often limited to a moment.

B. Opportunities are often lost because decision not made on time.


II. THE OBJECT OF DECISIONS:
"Choose you this day whom ye will serve"

A. Only Two Choices...
1. The gods whom your father served.

B. If the object of your decision is not the Lord, you've made a bad decision


III. THE PURPOSE OF THE DECISION: (to Serve)

A. "WHOM YE WILL SERVE"

B. QUESTION today: "WHOM WILL YOU SERVE?"
