In Lesson 3, we learned that:

We can know the way of salvation.
Only CHRIST can satisfy the human heart.
Whosoever will, may come to Him.
To believe is to place one's entire confidence in Him for salvation.

After having received the Lord Jesus, to be uncertain of our salvation is not a sign of modesty; it is rather casting a reflection on the reliability of God's Word. Any true believer may freely say with Paul: "…I know whom I have believed…" (2 Timothy 1:12)
